RM Patel & Partners

Founded in the 1950s by the Patel family in East Africa, RM Patel & Partners (trading as RM Agri) is the seventy-year-old mechanisation business at the heart of the Group. RM Agri holds exclusive distributorships with leading global manufacturers, supplies tractors, combine harvesters, implements and parts across the region, and runs a service network that supports tens of thousands of farmers from smallholders to commercial operators.

Company N° 02 · Cultivation

Terra Agri Solutions

Founded in 2019 by Himesh and Jayesh Patel, Terra Agri Solutions is Pamoja's large-scale cultivation business. Operating in Northern Uganda, Terra Agri has cultivated more than 32,000 acres of farmland since 2019, producing staple cereals (rice, maize, sorghum) and oilseeds at commercial scale. The business applies climate-smart practices including drip and overhead irrigation, post-harvest handling, and integrated cooperative partnerships with local smallholders.

Established in 2021, Presnost is Pamoja's UK-based trading and market-access arm. From its London base it provides global customers with structured access to East African and Middle Eastern commodity flows, handling sourcing, contracting, freight chartering and storage. Presnost is the bridge between the Group's African production assets and its institutional buyers worldwide.
